develop leadership skills, enhancing their personal development and communication with others and each year
-
leave us, prepared and ready to embark on an impressive range of University or apprenticeship courses
Join us on Thursday 14th November at 6.00 pm for an introductory talk about:
Subject talks: we have over 25 subjects to choose from, expanding on options at GCSE and introducing new subjects such as Criminology, Law, Medical Science, Health and Social Care and more. Teachers and students will give a presentation on what the subject involves and an insight into what it’s like studying the course.
Meet the team: we have amazing pastoral and academic support for our Sixth Formers. Meet our Pastoral Director, Assistant Director of Studies, University and UCAS Leader, ACE Tutor and Senior Leaders who oversee the Sixth Form.
Rainham Sixth Community: Student Ambassadors and the Junior Leadership Team are central to creating our strong community and would love to chat to you.
Enrichment: find out about the range of activities students participate in from supporting others as Sports Leaders and Subject Mentors to additional learning with online modules.
Training: our students receive regular training to be reading tutors or student mentors and are equipped to support younger students in the classroom.
Trips: there is a large number of trips available for Sixth Formers to enrich and support their academic study, from days in London visiting the Supreme Court or Houses of Parliament, to a Chemistry residential undertaking fieldwork, to a week visiting New York City.
Join us on 14th November and learn about why we are such an oversubscribed and successful Sixth Form!
